Silk Candles – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@silkcandles.net with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Used or opened items cannot be returned — no exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Return an Item

Email returns@silkcandles.net with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once confirmed, simply send the items back to the return address provided in our response.

Be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice in the package.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method, minus shipping fees. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process after we receive the returned items.
