Trim wicks to one quarter inch before each lighting, allow wax to melt to the edge of the vessel on first burn, place on a heat resistant surface, and never leave unattended.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for candles that are unused, unburned, and in their original condition and packaging. Burned, partially used, altered, or customer-damaged candles and containers are not eligible for return or refund.

If your candle arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund. Fragrance preference is not eligible for return once the candle has been opened or burned.
